Organoleptic characteristics

Characterised by an intense green hue and fresh herbaceous  aroma,  with dominant notes of artichoke and cardoon, the taste is ample, powerful and elegant, with a balanced bitter and spicy tang plus a complexity of vegetal aromas ending with hints of green almond. Clear, medium density, intense green hue with golden highlights. Fruity, rich in herbaceous aromas and hints of balsamic herbs, it is intense and persistent on the palate. To be used fresh.
